At Pure Glow Whitening Lounge, we take great pride in ensuring that our customers receive their teeth whitening products in a timely and secure manner. We understand the importance of maintaining good oral health and a bright smile, and we want to make sure our shipping policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.

Processing and Shipping Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard & express shipping via Australia Post and/or Aramex Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all teeth whitening kits & orders over $50 within Australia.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping for our teeth whitening products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-send the package. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
Product Availability
In the rare event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date. You can choose to wait for the product to become available or request a refund.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in properly packaging and shipping our products, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@pureglowlounge.com.au immediately and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@pureglowlounge.com.au and we will do our best to resolve it.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at hello@pureglowlounge.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed and shipped.
