CANCELLATION POLICY

At Pure Glow Whitening Lounge, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and fairness to all customers, please review the following policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $50AUD is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your booking. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Appointment Changes

You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date and time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancel for free up to 12 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation or change made thereafter will be charged 20% of the treatment price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% the treatment price booked. In the case of appointments booked with gift cards, the total value of the gift card will be redeemed in lieu of the no-show charge.
